What is “View Reports” in Rank Tracker?

The View Reports feature in Rank Tracker serves as your centralized library of all previously generated keyword scan reports.

It allows you to quickly revisit past performance data, monitor trends over time, and download reports whenever you need them - without having to run a fresh scan each time.

This is especially useful for:

1. Tracking historical performance for specific keyword groups
2. Comparing keyword rankings across different timeframes
3. Sharing performance data with stakeholders or clients

Accessing and Downloading Scan Reports

Follow the steps below to access and download your saved scan reports:

1. Navigate to Rank Tracker
2. Log in to ProManage and go to the Rank Tracker module from the navigation menu.
3. Open the View Reports Menu
4. On the top-right corner of the Rank Tracker page, click the three-dot menu (⋮).
5. Select “View Reports”
6. From the dropdown menu, choose View Reports.
7. Browse the Reports List
8. A list of all previously generated Keyword Group scan reports will appear.
9. Each entry will show details like report name, date generated, and keyword group.
10. Download a Report

1. Locate the report you need.
2. Click the Download icon next to the desired Excel report to save it to your device.

Use Filters for Quick Search

1. Date Filter → Narrow down reports based on the time period.
2. Search Keyword Group Filter → View reports for a specific keyword group.
