In this Privacy Policy, references to "User" means any person submitting any data or information to ProManage Platforms Private Limited (Hereinafter for the sake of brevity referred to as 'PME', Company).

The term "Platform" used in this document refers to the website (being www.promanage.biz), mobile apps, storage space, instructions, processes, data and / or any other services offered / to be offered by PME.

  • PME reserves the right to review and update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting a prominent notice on the homepage stating that the Privacy Policy has been changed and updating the effective date of this Privacy Policy.
  • If PME makes any material changes, PME will notify you by email (sent to the e-mail address specified in your account) or by means of a notice on this Site prior to the change becoming effective.

Collection of information, type and purpose

The information PME gathers enables the Company to personalize, improve and continue to operate the Services.   • Personal information – When the User creates an account in Platform, the User will provide personal information like, username, password, email address, office or residential address and phone numbers. The User acknowledges that this information may be personal to the User, and by creating an account for access to the Services and providing Personal Information to PME, the User allows others, including PME, to identify the User and therefore may not be anonymous.   • IP and related information – PME automatically receives and record information from the User’s web browser when the User interact with the Platform, including the User’s IP address and cookie information. This information is used for fighting spam/malware and also to facilitate collection of data concerning the User’s interaction with the Platform such as the number and frequency of visitors to the Site. PME may use this data in aggregate form, that is, as a statistical measure, but not in a manner that would identify the User personally. This type of aggregate data enables PME to find out the frequency of User visits of to analyze and improve them.
  • Purpose - PME will use the Personal information of the User, if the User had provided it for a specific purpose. PME may also use the registration data that User provides to personalize the User experience with PME and for verification purposes. PME may also use contact information from the User registration data to send information about the Platform and to keep informed of other products and services that may be of interest to the User. User contact information is also used to reach out to when necessary, regarding issues concerning the use of the Platform and PME Services. PME uses the personal information collected to help improve the Platform and it products and services and provide better insights to the Users.
  • PME may use the User Personal information to create aggregate data. like demographics, usage or other characteristics of the Users as a group without disclosing personal information. The User IP address is also used to gather broad and specific demographic information as well as for validation purposes.

Obligations of the User

  • User must at all times respect the terms and conditions of the then current Terms of Services and Privacy Policy. This includes respecting all intellectual property rights which may belong to PME and to the third parties.
  • User must not create or otherwise communicate any information which may be deemed to be injurious, violent, offensive, or racist which may otherwise violate the purpose and spirit of the Platform and its community of users.
  • User must not provide information to the Platform and/or users, which the User believes might be injurious or detrimental to your person, professional or social status.
  • Any violations of these guidelines may lead to restriction, suspension or termination of your services by PME.

Transfer of businesses

PME might sell or buy businesses or assets or in the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, the Personal information of the User may be part of the transferred assets. The User will be notified by a prominent notice on the Platform and website of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information.

Advertising and Marketing

The User hereby with his/her consent agrees to that by submitting his/her e-mail address via the Platform/website and/or obtaining Services from PME, the User agrees to receive e-mail from PME and our third-party advertisers. PME will retain the right to contact the User via telemarketing, when necessary, in accordance with the applicable laws.

Opt-out and Data Retention

If User decides to stop receiving future communications from PME, the User can send an e-mail with your Login Name and e-mail address to info@promanage.biz .

PME will retain personal data and the data the Platform process on behalf of its customers for as long as needed in order to provide the Platform services and as required by the applicable laws.

Third Party websites

PME takes your privacy very seriously. However, there may be times when we need to disclose your personal information to third parties.

PME reserves the right to share recordings of all phone calls made between any user and PME; any user and service provider of PME through BVN, to legal, accounting or other advisors that provide professional services and / or who assists us in training, quality monitoring and quality enhancement of our services to the user and / or service providers.

You hereby grant your irrevocable consent to PME to share such call recordings with third parties for such purposes. You further disclaim and / or abandon any right to sue PME in relation to the same. Such third parties shall be bound by strict confidentiality agreements which limit their use of such information.

Spamming

Commercial messages or promotional messages from businesses or organisations are not permitted on the network. PME provides a Platform for its Users, but the website must not be used as a medium for marketing or selling to our Users.

No advertising or promotion is allowed except where it is for an event, publication or similar item that has direct relevance to the subject of discussion and is non-commercial in nature.

The User shall not post chain letters, promote pyramid schemes or recruit members for any network marketing or multilevel marketing businesses.

Disclosure as required by Law

  • It is possible that PME may need to disclose personal information of the User when required by law. PME will disclose such information wherein we have a good-faith belief that it is necessary to comply with a court order, ongoing judicial proceeding, or other legal process served on our company or to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.

Copyrighted materials

Uploading copies of copyrighted material as a whole or in part on the Platform and www.promanage.biz by the User without explicit permission from the copyright owner shall be deemed to infringe on the copyright and this applies to materials such as text, images, music, movies, games, and other software in digital and analog format. PME reserves the right to immediately delete such material without prior permission / consultation from the User. If the User suspects that an image submitted to the Platform or www.promanage.biz is copyright protected and has been used fraudulently, please contact us immediately or send us an email to info@promanage.biz.

Security

PME takes reasonable steps to protect Personal information collected from the User from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. In particular, e-mail sent to or from the Platform or www.promanage.biz may not be secure, and you should therefore take special care in deciding what information you send to us via e-mail. The User is instructed to keep this in mind when disclosing any Personal information to the Platform or to any other party via the Internet. The security of the User’s personal information is important to PME. When the User enter sensitive information on our order forms, we encrypt the transmission of that information using appropriate technology.

Legalities

  • All Users are reminded that they may be held legally accountable for what they say or do online. In particular, Users may be held liable for any defamatory comments, threats and / or untrue statements or other illegal and fraudulent claims made by them.
  • PME does not endorse the opinions expressed by its Users, and if any User fails to observe the above rules of conduct at any time, PME reserves the right to terminate the registration of the User and / or delete all their contributions (either temporarily or permanently) from the Platform and website, depending on the nature and severity of the breach and without prior warning or consent of the User.
  • Registration as a User of this Platform at any time past or present and use of the Platform and all its product / service offerings will be taken as acceptance of the above rules of conduct. PME's decision on all matters is final and binding on its members. Legal jurisdiction for all disputes is the High Court of Chennai.

Google Oauth Consent and Scope Permission
