Overview

The Google Reject Summary (also referred to as Brand Protection) in ProManage safeguards your Google My Business (GMB) listings from unauthorized edits.

When external parties attempt to change verified business information - such as contact details, hours of operation, or location - ProManage automatically reverts these changes to maintain accuracy, consistency, and brand integrity.

This feature ensures that your public business profiles always display verified and approved information, preventing reputational risks from incorrect data.
