  1. Overall Leads Generated
  2. Displays the total number of leads collected from all active sources within the selected date range and location.
  3. Sources Included:
  4. BVN Calls
  5. Google Chat
  6. WhatsApp
  7. Microsite
  8. BVN Call
  9. Shows the number of leads generated via Business Virtual Number (BVN) calls, allowing you to assess the call-based lead performance.
  10. Google Chat
  11. Displays the number of leads acquired through Google Chat interactions on your Google Business Profile.
  12. Microsite
  13. Highlights leads originating from your ProManage Microsite, enabling tracking of web-based lead generation effectiveness.
  14. WhatsApp
  15. Tracks the number of leads generated via integrated WhatsApp Business messaging.

Important Notes

  1. If any source (BVN Call, Google Chat, Microsite, WhatsApp) is not activated or integrated in your ProManage account, its corresponding metric will be displayed as N.A. (Not Applicable).
  2. To ensure complete and accurate reporting, verify that all relevant features are enabled and integrated.
