What is BVN Details under Listings in ProManage?

The BVN Details section in ProManage provides a centralized and organized view of all Business Virtual Numbers (BVNs) assigned to your business locations. This feature enables businesses to track, manage, and export BVN information effortlessly, ensuring accurate communication details are maintained for each location.

Accessing BVN Details

1. Navigate to the Listings Page in your ProManage account.
2. Click on the "BVN Details" option located at the top of the page.

You will be redirected to the BVN Details page, which displays a tabular view of all assigned locations along with their associated BVN data.

BVN Information Displayed

1. You can search based on Business ID or Name of the listing.
2. And filter based on BVN Assignment Status, either Assigned or UnAssigned.

Downloading BVN Contact Details

ProManage allows you to download BVN contact information for further analysis or sharing with team members.

Steps to Download BVN Contacts:

1. On the BVN Details page, locate and click the "Download" button.
2. The system will initiate the download process and generate a Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) file.
3. The downloaded file will contain the following columns:

5. Business Name
6. Primary Number
7. Virtual Number
8. Notification Number(s)
9. Notification Email(s)
10. Assigned On
11. Display Number
