Steps to Generate a Manual - AI Response

Open a Review

1. Navigate to the Reviews section in ProManage.
2. Select the review you wish to respond to.
3. Click on the Reply option.

Generate Smart Reply

1. Within the reply window, click the Generate Smart Reply button.
2. ProManage’s AI model will generate a suggested response based on:
3. Star Rating provided by the customer.
4. Review Text (if available).
5. Tokens (pre-filled dynamic values such as Reviewer Name and Business Name).

Edit or Customize the Response

1. You can edit the AI-generated response to better align with your tone or add more context.
2. If you wish to discard it, click Clear to remove the text.
3. After clearing, you may generate a new AI response again.

Submit the Reply

1. Once you are satisfied with the generated response, click Send Reply to publish it.
