ProManage offers valuable reporting tools under the Insights section that allow users to access and download data-rich reports related to listing performance, discovery metrics, and engagement summaries. This guide walks you through how to access and download the Insights Data, Search Data, and Summary Reports from the dashboard.

Where Can You Download These Reports?

Reports can be downloaded from the following sections:

  1. Insights → My Dashboard

  2. Click on the ellipsis (⋯) button located next to the date range filter on the top-right.
  3. Choose the Download option to export the Insights Data.

How to Download Search Data

  1. Navigate to Insights → Discovery.
  2. Click on the ellipsis (⋯) button next to the date range filter.

How to Download Summary Reports

  1. Go to either My Dashboard or Discovery, depending on the data type you want summarized.
  2. Use the ellipsis (⋯) button near the date filter to trigger the download.
  3. Summary reports are also tied to the selected date range.

Tip: All downloaded reports—whether Insights, Search Data, or Summary—will follow the applied date filter. Ensure the correct range is selected before exporting.

Understanding the Date Range Filter

You can select a date range using the preset filters available in the dropdown:

  1. Last 1 Month
  2. Last 2 Months
  3. Last 3 Months
  4. Last 6 Months
  5. Last 1 Year

Alternatively, you can use the Custom Date Filter to specify a custom time period.
