What is Contacts in ProManage?

The Contacts Page in ProManage offers a complete view of all your business leads and customer interactions. Here’s how to make the most of the features available on this page.

Overview Panel (Top of the Page)

  1. Viewing: Shows the number of contacts currently being displayed. This count changes based on the date filter applied.
  2. Lifetime: Displays the total number of contacts generated via ProManage since the beginning.
  3. Groups: Displays the total number of contact groups created – either through manual selection or while bulk importing contacts.

Date Range Filter

  1. Located at the top, this lets you filter contacts by timeframe.
  2. Preset filters: Last 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year
  3. Custom date range: Select up to 92 days (start and end date) manually.

Create Groups

Use the +Create Groups button to build contact cohorts.

Define a name for the cohort.

You can choose between:

  1. Active Groups: Auto-updates based on matching contact properties. Records are added or removed automatically.
  2. Static Groups: A fixed list captured at a specific moment. Does not change automatically.

Groups help segment contacts for targeted communication or follow-ups.
