The Call Logs in ProManage provides a centralized view of all customer calls received across your business platforms. How to Listen to a Call Recording


Follow the steps below to access and listen to a call recording in ProManage:

Step 1: Go to the Call Logs page in ProManage.

Step 2: Select the specific call you wish to review.

Step 3: Click on the Play icon shown next to the call duration. A pop-up window will open.

Step 4: In the pop-up, click the Play button to listen to the call.

Additional Options Available


When reviewing a call, you can:


  1. Play Recording - Start or pause playback of the call.
  2. Download Recording - Save the call recording locally for reference, compliance, or training.
  3. Adjust Playback Speed - Control the speed of playback for faster or more detailed review.
